Responsible for the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods within all Timbers venues, satellite employee dining rooms and Room Service, ensuring the efficiency of the lines and kitchen operations in accordance with specifications and standards. This role also involves promoting a positive work environment, encouraging employee involvement, and retaining staff through training and development.
