About The Position

To provide optimal guest service to guests in the Studio outlet by preparing and selling food and beverage items as well as delivering In-room dining orders through Studio.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty beverages according to Sonesta standards
• Prepare food according to Sonesta standards
• Operate cash register according to Sonesta standards
• Deliver Studio Express orders according to Sonesta standards
• Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of work area
• Provide excellent service to our clientele
• Participate in departmental meetings
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
• The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
