The US Open Tennis Championships at Billie Jean King National Tennis Center are the highest-attended annual sporting event in the world. Each year, for three weeks in the late summer, the US Open is the focus of the sports & entertainment universe. Passionate fans from around the world come to NYC to witness the toughest tennis on the game’s biggest stage. With more than 720,000 visitors, 100 million television viewers in the U.S. and 64 million online visitors, why not come and enjoy the thrill and excitement of working with our team? We are seeking a Food & Beverage Managers to run the hospitality operations for this very exciting event. Employment is temporary but can open doors to other opportunities with Levy if interested! Requirements

  • Three or more years of progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • ServSafe Manager Certification or the ability to obtain certification as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple food and beverage outlets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurant and café outlets to ensure efficient and consistent service.
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and develop supervisors and hourly team members.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve service concerns.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to execute menus, promotions, and special events.
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee product ordering and receiving.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
