About The Position

Tuscany Suites & Casino, located near the Las Vegas Strip and Convention Center, is seeking a Busser for its PUB 365 Restaurant. This role supports the dining experience by ensuring a clean and well-stocked environment, assisting guests, and maintaining knowledge of menu items.

Requirements

Must have a valid NV Health card.
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
Ability to be flexible and to perform multiple tasks effectively.
Friendly, open disposition and professional presentation.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Polishing and rolling silverware.
Stocking expo line and coolers.
Maintaining a clean environment.
Answering questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation.
Memorizing and promoting daily specials.
Delivering food to the correct guest in a timely manner.
Ensuring the guest needs are met, including keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and checking back with guests during their meal.
Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary.
Maintaining a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform other duties as assigned.
