About The Position

Boddie-Noell, the largest franchisee of Hardee’s restaurants in the United States, is seeking passionate and motivated Restaurant Breakfast Managers. As a manager, you will work alongside crew members, leading by example to ensure exceptional guest experiences, food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role involves supervising the breakfast shift, driving sales growth, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must meet physical demands required of the role
  • Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent
  • 1 year of shift management experience
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Preferably Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.
  • Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with the management team and crew.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
  • Assist with crew member duties as needed.
  • Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, security, and training.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of all necessary products and items.
  • Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards and assist with inventory counts.
  • Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain building and equipment using proper procedures.
  • Responsible for all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures.
  • Assist with scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage labor costs.
  • Train and develop crew members under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
  • Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
  • Assist with the lunch shift if business needs require.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
  • Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
