We are seeking dedicated and skilled Restaurant BOH Prep & Line Cooks to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing all served food according to detailed scratch kitchen recipes, managing production and presentation of food on the line, and operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. You will also ensure food is stored and cooked at proper temperatures, maintain the freshness and quality of food, and keep food preparation areas clean and inspected.
