About The Position

Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a dedicated and service-focused Restaurant Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you'll prepare quality beverages, support efficient restaurant operations, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Whether it's crafting the perfect cocktail or ensuring timely service during a busy shift, you'll play an important part in the overall dining experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and guest service excellence.
• Ability to obtain a Washington Food Worker Card and Washington State Class 12 MAST Permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes.
• Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Work closely with servers and team members to ensure prompt service.
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow all alcohol service laws, company policies, and responsible beverage service practices.
• Assist with inventory, opening duties, and closing procedures.
