Azalea's Restaurant, located inside the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Valdosta, is looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Bartender to provide outstanding service to our restaurant, lounge, banquet, and hotel guests. If you enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, making great drinks, and delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in Georgia.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Take food and beverage orders from bar guests.
Prepare beverages for restaurant servers in a timely manner.
Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and company policies.
Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory, cleaning, and restocking.
Work closely with restaurant servers, kitchen staff, and hotel team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
