About The Position
Legends Global at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack is looking for Restaurant and Banquet Servers. This is a seasonal/temporary position for the 2026 San Diego County Fair, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club Summer Live Meet. Servers must have 2 years of service experience and have their Food Handlers certification and RBS #. Must be able to attend orientation and training shifts as directed by management.
Requirements
- Two years of food or cocktail service experience
- Must be able to carry a service tray set with up to eight full plates.
- Must have the ability to work late hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- POS system
- Must be RBS certified by the start of employment.
- Servers must be a minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
Nice To Haves
- Toast experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing timely food and beverage service
- Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- General knowledge of food and alcohol is required
- Proficiency with touch screen POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
- Perform other restaurant duties as assigned
