About The Position

This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing waitlists, processing payments, promoting bakery items, and maintaining cleanliness. You will also assist servers and monitor guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Basic reading, writing, math, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and assist guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Manage waiting lists and answer phone inquiries.
- Process guest payments and handle cash register transactions.
- Promote bakery items and package to-go orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby, dining room, restrooms, bakery displays, and cashier area.
- Assist servers with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and side work.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address needs throughout their visit.
- Communicate service, safety, or equipment concerns to management.
