Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the customers
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of job-related procedures.
- Verify the restaurant's cleanliness and readiness for service.
- Familiarity with menu items, specials, and pricing.
- Accurately and completely take guest orders.
- Complete all side work and assigned duties promptly.
- Offer assistance to guests regardless of seating.
- Uphold standards by setting examples through appearance and work ethic.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Prioritize safety and accident prevention in all job duties.
- Facilitate communication between shifts.
- Stay updated on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a proper uniform, name tag, and a neat and clean appearance.
- Perform any other specified or assigned duties.
