About The Position
Coordinates food orders from Servers at the kitchen line, picks up and serves ordered items to Guest tables, greets Guests with a friendly smile, and uses suggestive selling techniques. The role requires knowledge of food items, plate specifications, garnishing, and table numbering; effective communication with Servers to time orders; and performance of side-service functions required by menu items. The employee must be able to obtain all required work cards.
