About The Position
Our Restaurant hourly Associate Manager is a true embodiment of unbridled hospitality, responsible for helping to ensure seamless day-to-day front of house operations, with an unwavering commitment to excellence under the supervision of exempt Management. As Brand ambassador, they uphold our company's standards, crafting a memorable experience for Guests. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and training skills
- Reliable transportation
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of restaurant experience
- Knowledgeable of local and State health codes
- Knowledge of P&L, kitchen equipment, and inventory process
- Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
- Proven results in leading positive guests’ experiences
