About The Position

At Fazoli’s, our purpose is to “enhance the lives of those we touch… one breadstick at a time.” As Associate Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager and Team to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant. In this role you are preparing for, and developing to become, a future General Manager. This role requires strong leadership, integrity, business acumen, and a competitive spirit. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performance team, executing the restaurant concept to high standards, and managing day-to-day operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration, and facilities maintenance.
