About The Position

DiBella’s is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our crews and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests. As an Assistant Manager, your responsibilities will include leading the crew, making subs, operating the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift duties.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Positive attitude.
