Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience leading teams of 20+ employees
- High-volume restaurant experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
- A passion for guest satisfaction and team development
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Knowledge of California labor laws is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Open Monday - Sunday availability
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy shifts with a hospitality-first mindset
- Create memorable guest experiences by being visible, engaged, and present on the floor
- Build relationships with guests and turn first-time visitors into regulars
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Coach team members on hospitality, service standards, and creating memorable moments
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop future leaders
- Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement
- Recognize great hospitality and celebrate team successes
- Manage schedules, labor, and operational efficiency
- Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with your management team to ensure consistency and execution
- Jump in wherever needed to support your team and ensure an exceptional guest experience
