About The Position

Crave Management Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a new Bobby's Burgers by Bobby Flay location in Holladay, Utah. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth as the company expands, with the chance to work directly with the President and develop skills beyond restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will help lead the team in a fast-paced, fast-casual environment to deliver the "Ultimate Burger Experience" to guests.

Requirements

High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a great employee experience by demonstrating leadership, training and coaching the team for operational excellence, and recognizing and motivating team members.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs.
Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception.
Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
Address employee relations issues as they arise, determine immediate resolutions, or escalate to the GM when necessary.
Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
Act like an owner by assisting with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance.
