Restaurant Assistant Manager
About The Position
DiBella’s is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our crews and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role offers a better quality of life with a 45-hour work week, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. As an Assistant Manager, you will set the example for customer service, lead the crew through your shift, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. We are looking for leaders who are fun, firm, upbeat, and can motivate others. While we provide training on making subs, we rely on our Assistant Managers to guide the team.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience.
- Fun yet firm when necessary.
- Up-beat.
- Leaders that motivate others.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
