About The Position

Crave Management Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for its upcoming Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay location in Holladay, Utah. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth within a rapidly expanding franchise, with the potential to develop skills beyond restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager will work directly with the President of the company and contribute to creating the "Ultimate Burger Experience" for guests in a fast-paced, fast-casual environment.

Requirements

Open shift availability.
Ability to effectively communicate with the management team, team members, and guests.
Track record of working independently.
Good organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to prioritize.
Good problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy and capability in various software applications.
Basic math skills.
Good conflict management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
2+ years of work experience in a restaurant supervisory role or other supervisory role preferred.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a great employee experience by demonstrating leadership, training and coaching the team for operational excellence, and recognizing and motivating team members.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs.
Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception.
Collaborate with the GM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback, and addressing employee relations issues.
Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
Assist with Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance.
