Restaurant Assistant Manager
About The Position
DiBella's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our crews and provide excellent customer service. As an Assistant Manager, you will set the example for friendly and upbeat customer service, guide the crew through your shift, and contribute to the best dining experience for our guests. We are looking for leaders who are fun yet firm, upbeat, and can motivate others. The role involves a variety of shift duties including making subs, running the register, cleaning, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Positive attitude.
