About The Position

Our Restaurant Assistant Managers enjoy a 45-hour work week, with 40 hours of regular time plus 5 hours of overtime, ensuring that more hours worked result in more pay. This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a restaurant but are seeking a better quality of life, with no fryer work, no alcohol service, and no late nights or overnight shifts. Day-to-day duties include making subs, operating the register, cleaning, scheduling, and other shift responsibilities, all while working together to cultivate the best dining experience for guests.

Requirements

Previous restaurant experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Fun yet firm when necessary.
