About The Position
Famous Dave's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant/Associate Manager to join their team. Since opening in 1994, Famous Dave's has become a destination for food-lovers and Team Members alike, known for its award-winning food, Smokin’ service, and fun, casual atmosphere. They are looking for individuals who can 'Wow' a guest and want to be Famous.
Requirements
- 2+ year(s) of full service restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe certification (or able to pass)
- Strong problem solving & customer service skills.
- At least 21 years of age
- Able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Managing and developing hourly team members.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service & guest satisfaction.
- Opening & closing the restaurant when needed.
- Flexibility schedule wise to support operations when needed.
