Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
  • Able to work 3 shifts per week (minimum 20 hours), including weekends
  • Flexibility to open and close the restaurant, and work across all shifts
  • Experience with team coaching, operational systems, and conflict resolution
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A values, guest service, and culture

Responsibilities

  • Lead FOH teams to deliver excellent guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Coach, develop, and hold the team accountable while building high-performing shifts.
  • Partner with BOH and leadership peers to maintain smooth, high-volume operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, cash handling, and all CFA systems.
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics and adjust in real-time to meet shared goals.
