Restaurant Assistant Manager
About The Position
DiBella's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team. This role offers a better quality of life with a structured 45-hour work week, including 5 hours of overtime, and avoids late nights, fryers, and alcohol service. The company values its crew as family and provides training. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for setting an example of excellent, friendly, and upbeat customer service, leading the crew through shifts, and performing various daily duties. DiBella's is looking for leaders with previous restaurant experience who are positive, fun, firm, and motivating to cultivate the best dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience

- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays
- Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
