Restaurant Kitchen Manager
About The Position
The Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub, headquartered in Woburn, MA, serves over 20 million guests a year in over 100 restaurants throughout the Northeast. They are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager who desires a better quality of life, offering no late-night bar hours and a 45-hour work week for their management team. The company values treating people right, ensuring both new guests and regulars feel welcome and at home. This role involves managing restaurant back-of-house/kitchen teams and performing assistant manager duties as part of the restaurant kitchen management team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of kitchen key hourly or shift supervisor / leadership experience
- A passion for creating high quality food
- A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
Nice To Haves
- Kitchen leadership experience in a BOH leadership / Heart of House role
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams
- Perform assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team
