The REST Program Director provides overall clinical and operational leadership for the Rapid Evaluation, Stabilization, and Treatment (REST), a short-term, voluntary alternative to inpatient hospitalization for individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care; maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance; and providing direct supervision and clinical oversight of a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, peer support specialists, and nursing staff. This position is based on-site at the REST Crisis Stabilization Unit, a 24/7 operating program. The REST Program Director generally works standard business hours but must be available for on-call consultation and able to respond to urgent program needs outside of regular hours.
