About The Position

MCI is seeking a Responsible AI Specialist to help ensure AI technologies are developed, deployed, and managed in a fair, ethical, transparent, and accountable manner. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of responsible AI principles, governance controls, risk assessments, and compliance activities that promote trust in AI systems. The successful candidate will work across technical, legal, compliance, risk, and business functions to ensure AI solutions align with organizational values and regulatory expectations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Ethics, Public Policy, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, compliance, ethics, risk management, AI policy, or related disciplines.
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance concepts.
  • Experience conducting assessments, reviews, or compliance activities.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience developing policies, standards, or governance documentation.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Strong research and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to influence and educate diverse audiences.

  • Experience supporting responsible AI or AI governance programs.
  • Knowledge of global AI regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience within highly regulated industries.
  • Certifications in governance, risk, compliance, privacy, or ethics.
