About The Position
Little Willows by Kids & Company is seeking a qualified RA or ECEA who also holds a valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence to support their school-age (OSC) programs, including safe transportation to and from school. This role is ideal for a caring, dependable educator who enjoys working with school-age children and thrives in a split-shift schedule. Requirements
- British Columbia ECA or ECE License (required)
- Valid Class 4 Driver’s Licence (required)
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative inside and outside the classroom
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities
- Safely transport school-age children to and from school and scheduled outings
- Ensure all transportation, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and required record-keeping
- Support children’s emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being
- Promote children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Support children during transitions in and out of classrooms
- Maintain attendance records and complete required health and safety checks
- Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as needed
- Participate actively in team meetings, trainings, and workshops
