About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Response Security Officer to provide on-call coverage. This role requires adaptability, as the duties will vary daily and may include customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The ideal candidate can embrace change and thrive in dynamic situations, adapting with agility and precision.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a valid Driver's License
• Must be willing to drive to different sites around the DFW area
• Open availability required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Must have a state license if required
• Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
