Security Flex Officer - All Shifts
About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a highly reliable and adaptable Response Security Officer to join their team. This role involves working at different locations and covering various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, to fill in for call-offs, vacations, or when additional coverage is needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to supporting the overall security team. Requirements
- Must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) including weekends, as scheduling needs may vary.
- High school education or equivalent (GED)
- State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
- Willingness to obtain a California Guard Card license with company assistance if needed.

Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises to ensure security
- Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
- Control access points and verify identities
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
