About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer. This is a casual role where your duties will vary daily and depend on special events. Responsibilities can include customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring agility and precision to adapt to changing situations. Travel between multiple work sites is required, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and have reliable transportation. You must be able to get to the MILFORD site.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Have a state license if required

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
