About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer. This is a casual role where the duties will vary depending on the day and special event, requiring adaptability and precision in tasks such as customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The ideal candidate will be able to embrace change and thrive in dynamic situations.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21
• Must have a valid Driver License
• Must have a clear Motor Vehicle Report
• Must have open availability to cover for call off
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
