About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer to provide security coverage across multiple work sites. Duties vary according to operational needs and site coverage requirements and may include customer service, patrols, access control, and incident response. The officer must adapt professionally to changing assignments and dynamic environments. Travel between work sites is required, so the officer must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation. The position is based in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, with a schedule of Monday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.10 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost, and the role includes benefits and career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process.
Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

Have excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Possess a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
Hold a state security license if required.
