About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Response Security Officer to join their team. This role involves adapting to various situations, from customer service to patrols and surveillance, requiring agility and precision. The position offers a flexible schedule, working on an on-call/per diem basis for special events and varying daily needs.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
