About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for its Swan Island site in Portland, Oregon. This is a flexible response role with a schedule that varies according to the day and special events. Duties may include customer service, patrols, surveillance, access control, and responding to incidents. The position pays $21 per hour, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

The officer helps protect people and property by monitoring the premises, identifying suspicious activity, verifying identities, responding to potential threats, and documenting incidents. The role requires adaptability, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving in changing situations. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have strong responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Be at least 21 years old.
