About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Flex Officer (On-Call)! This role requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in dynamic situations, handling responsibilities that vary daily and depend on special events. Whether it involves customer service, patrols, or surveillance, the ideal candidate will adapt with agility and precision.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Must have 6 months of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must pass a 10 Year Moving Vehicle Record
• Must pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
