About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented License Brand Lead to support our Product Development team during a maternity leave. Strong possibility of a permanent role at the end of the maternity leave (role would be adjusted at the end of the leave to meet the needs of the department). This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and operational management of licensed brands, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across all systems, materials, and departments. The position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, supporting product flow, launches, and ongoing brand execution across North America.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product coordination, brand coordination, or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and organization
  • Experience managing product data, SKUs, and ordering processes
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with licensed brands or multi-brand portfolios is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of assigned licensed brands
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal brand-related inquiries
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Logistics
  • Support brand partners and licensors as needed
  • Manage end-to-end ordering processes for all assigned collections
  • Coordinate closely with Logistics to ensure accurate and timely product flow
  • Maintain and verify accuracy of product data, SKUs, and ordering information across systems
  • Track and manage product lifecycle (new launches, active SKUs, discontinued styles)
  • Proactively communicate product updates across teams
  • Support assortment planning and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Ensure product and brand information is accurate across all internal tools and sales platforms
  • Maintain consistency between product data, marketing materials, and sales assets
  • Identify discrepancies and drive resolution to maintain operational accuracy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to support launches and campaigns
  • Align product information with marketing materials and sales tools
  • Support issue resolution related to product, orders, and brand execution
  • Ensure product readiness for launches, trade shows, and presentations
  • Validate assortments, samples, and supporting materials for accuracy and completeness
  • Support overall execution of licensed brand initiatives
