About The Position
The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for an Integrated Product Team Development Manager to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will drive the overall integration of functions and factories. The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively. Your role as Integrated Product Team Development Manager will be to Act as Project Leader (PCL), Drive multi-functional integration by leading the Multi-Functional Integrated Product Team (MFT IPT) to harmonize the contributions of technical, industrial, and support functions across the entire lifecycle, and Embody the strategic vision by translating the 10-year Product Evolution Plan (PEP) into concrete operational roadmaps, while ensuring a single voice to executive partners and major suppliers.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- More than 15 years of experience in product or complex program leadership roles (Aerospace, Advanced Tech, or critical FinTech).
- Demonstrated experience managing hyper-growth or high-technology density environments (complex systems, hardware/software security).
- Ability to influence at the executive level and aptitude for navigating ambiguity.
- Perfect fluency in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Establish and adapt the governance of local and international platforms to ensure maximum agility.
- Organize the Project Change Leaders (PCL) for all Work Packages, ensuring a consolidated vision and total control over product impacts.
- Act as the Single Voice for the internal Portfolio and for strategic external suppliers.
- Guide the evolution of the MFT (Multi-Functional Team) in terms of skills and resources, incorporating "Make or Buy" considerations and technological leaps.
- Define key indicators and steer Maturity Gates with a proactive approach to risk prevention.
