About The Position
We are seeking an engaging, child-focused individual who is willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes. This isn't watching; this job means "doing". We offer a fun and fulfilling job working with a diverse variety of families and children. Interview just once with us and we provide assignments. Spend your time with the children doing what you love and getting paid; not wasting time on your job search. Enjoy independence, no corporate structure or environment, and support, training, team atmosphere, and engaged leadership. We provide nanny supplies and tools to increase your professionalism. This is legal employment with direct deposit pay.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience.
- At least 2-3 childcare references required.
- Reliable and insured transportation required.
- Cell phone with data.

Responsibilities
- Engage children in fun activities such as playing, reading, and arts and crafts in families' homes.
- Actively participate with children rather than just supervising.
- Travel to various family homes.
- Potentially provide drop-off and pick-up for activities during shifts.
- Accept and record assignments via cell phone with data.
