About The Position
Saratoga Medical is hiring Respite Care/Home Health Aides (Level III & IV) in Manhattan, NY & Brooklyn, NY. This is a full-time opportunity with a 36-40 hour work week, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. The package includes a competitive rate, paid time off, and benefit options.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in special needs or medical care
- CPR/First Aid certified
- TB test clearance and background check
- Empathy, professionalism, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- CNA, LPN, or RN certification (for Level IV or preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living: feeding, hygiene, dressing, mobility
- Provide emotional and behavioral support
- Administer medications and use medical equipment (Level IV)
- Care for individuals with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, or seizures (Level IV)
- Maintain documentation and ensure client safety
