About The Position

Saratoga Medical has a wonderful opportunity for a Respite Care/Home Health Aide in multiple locations including Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Carlise Barracks, PA, Fort Belvoir, VA, Fort Campbell - US Department of Army, Fort Huachuca, AZ, Fort Knox, KY, Fort Lee, VA, Fort Meade, MD, Ft. Bliss, TX, Joint Base Langley - Eustis, VA, Joint Base Myer - Henderson Hall, VA, Kansas - Fort Leavenworth, VA - Leavenworth, KS. This role involves supporting individuals with daily activities, administering medications, operating medical equipment, and providing care for those with complex medical conditions. Accurate documentation and effective communication with families and care teams are essential, along with ensuring safety and compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
• Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
• Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
