About The Position
Saratoga Medical (DBA Saratoga Ascend) is hiring a Respite Care/Home Health Aide at Raeford, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone with healthcare or caregiving experience to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals with daily care and medical needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in special needs care (or relevant degree/certification: CNA, LPN, RN)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB test clearance and ability to pass background checks
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor
Responsibilities
- Support daily activities including feeding, dressing, hygiene, and mobility
- Administer medications and operate specialized medical equipment (e.g., feeding pumps, suction devices)
- Provide care for individuals with complex medical conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families and care teams
- Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations
