About The Position

Auburn Village, located at 1751 Wesley Road in Auburn, IN, is seeking Respiratory Therapists (RT) for FULL TIME, PART-TIME OR PRN NIGHTS. This position offers a 12-hour shift and a new sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for full or part-time employees, paid out at $2.40 per hour until the maximum is reached. The hourly rate can be up to $41 per hour, depending on full-time or part-time status and chosen benefits if full-time or part-time, plus a $4/hour shift differential for nights. Shift hours are from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Mileage reimbursement is available for commutes over 20 miles round trip, with a maximum of 50 miles. Requirements

• Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program
• Respiratory Therapy certification from the State of Indiana
• One (1) year of Respiratory Therapist experience preferred
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a respiratory plan of care based on assessment and standards of care
• The Facility's goal is to provide superior respiratory services
• Assist in implementing a successful ventilator weaning program
