About The Position

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing Cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician orders and department policies and procedures. The Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory care to pediatric and adolescent residents with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. For over 80 years, the Center for Disability Services has served as a trusted community leader, providing innovative programs and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities here in the Capital Region and North Country. Requirements

• Associate's Degree in field of Respiratory Therapy
• NYS State Licensure, active and in good standing
• Less than 1 year of job related experience, specifically in Respiratory Therapy
• Ability to follow directions, communicate, perform simple math functions and know basic weights and measures

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of job related experience preferred
