About The Position
At Home Medical is seeking a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist for the Howell Clinical Services Unit. The position will be working approximately 2-day shifts per week - 8:30 - 5pm Monday -Friday. Possible Saturdays.
Requirements
- Knowledge regarding homecare services and third-party reimbursement
- Excellent communication, documentation, customer service, organizational, prioritizing, and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual preferred
Responsibilities
- To provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement care plans
- Maintain medical records
- Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- CPAP/VPAP set ups in the patient home or office
