About The Position

This is a full-time position consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total), with every third weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) required, and a scheduled shift of 0630–1900. Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA accredited program
• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Indiana
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through the National Board of respiratory Care (NBRC)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Critical Care, NICU, Open Heart Recovery, and Bronchoscopy preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory therapy designed to stabilize, prevent or remedy patient respiratory problems.
• Arranges and operates a variety of oxygen and other therapeutic gas and aerosolized, meter dosed, or powdered medications to patients.
• Operates various mechanical devices that aid in the recovery of patients.
• Cleans and checks equipment regularly for proper functioning and records data obtained during therapy in patient records.
