Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, charting, progress notes, clinical files, equipment records, and preventative maintenance records. The position also requires maintaining an accurate inventory of assets and supplies, ensuring vehicle maintenance, updating demographic information, and overseeing regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role involves orienting and training new staff, exhibiting effective communication, adhering to cost-containment policies, collaborating with office staff for billing and documentation, promoting services to referral sources, ensuring proper equipment operation, providing patient availability, participating in an on-call schedule, and working with team members to ensure tasks are completed. Other duties and projects may be assigned.
