About The Position

This contract role is for Respiratory Therapists who value flexible, daytime-only work, clinical autonomy, independence, and strong relationships with patients and clinic teams. The position involves performing pre/post simple spirometry testing at various clinic sites.

• Proficiency in respiratory therapy practices, procedures, and terminology
• Comfortable working independently and traveling locally (within a 45 minute radius)
• Available two to five days per week

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post simple spirometry testing with a handheld device
• Prepare and coach patients through testing to ensure comfort and accuracy
• Accurately grade each effort and upload results remotely for physician review
• Monitor patient safety during procedures
• Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety protocols
• Represent Crosswalk Health professionally at each clinic site
