About The Position

Now Hiring: Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to serve the west side of Cleveland. This is a FULL-TIME position with DAY SHIFT hours, Monday-Friday, consisting of 8-hour shifts. The role involves providing respiratory care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, following clinical guidelines and collaborating with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality treatment. Requirements

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification
• At least 1 year of experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
• Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises
• Collaborate on discharge planning with physicians, nurses, and social workers
