About The Position
HireNow Staffing is recruiting Respiratory Therapists for three opportunities in Fort Walton Beach. These positions focus on supporting patients' respiratory needs and collaborating with clinical teams during overnight care. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner.
Requirements
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Availability for nights and rotating weekends
- Ability to work in Fort Walton Beach, Florida
- Respiratory therapy education, licensure, and professional credentials meeting the employer's requirements, to be confirmed during screening

Responsibilities
- Assess respiratory care needs and communicate relevant findings to the clinical team.
- Administer prescribed respiratory treatments within the assigned scope of practice.
- Monitor patients' responses and report changes in respiratory status.
- Prepare, check, and maintain respiratory care equipment.
- Support coordinated patient care with nurses, providers, and other clinicians.
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory treatments as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and infection-prevention procedures.
